Welcome to St Gabriel’s Church, the Church of England on Kings Hill.
We are a growing congregation of all generations, who worship together weekly, pray daily and serve our community generously, because of and in the power of Christ. On a Sunday you will find us at The Discovery School and you will join a good mix of Children, Young People, Families, Singles, semi-retired and retired people, really, a good representation of the Kings Hill Community. We welcome all to our services on Sunday mornings and to the various groups that go on through the week.
We are community focused and try to provide activities for Kings Hill that bring the community together and serve the needs of the diverse and growing Kings Hill Community.
We offer a variety of Church services during the year including Holy Communion bi-weekly and at Christmas and Easter. We offer Baptism’s and Weddings and help at times of need and distress including times of death. We also offer prayer for those in need or who are struggling and have a confidential prayer group who intercede for the community. If you would like us to pray for you, your family, your friends of for a specific situation, either privately or during our Sunday services, send your request here.
St Gabriel’s is led by Rev Mark Montgomery, who was appointed by the Diocese of Rochester to lead St Gabriel’s in 2015, and works in a team with other Clergy and the Church Leadership Team. You will see him (usually in a Collar) on a daily basis and at other community events in Kings Hill, where he lives with his family.
