Remembrance Sunday

Around three hundred people from across Kings Hill took part in the annual Remembrance Sunday Parade, Service and laying of wreaths. The parade left Liberty Square for the community centre and was led by the Girl’s and Boy’s Brigades of Kings Hill and  included the head of the Parish Council, representatives from the Borough Council and members of the public.

A short service led by Rev. Mark Montgomery, with Rev. Matt Ross addressing the congregation, took place in the community hall, before gathering by the Guy Gibson memorial for the laying of the wreaths and a impeccably observed two minute silence.
