St Gabriel’s will once again be leading the community act of Remembrance on the 11th November and also on Remembrance Sunday. Both will be held at the Running Airman Statue. The service will also be broadcast live via facebook and uploaded to youtube later that day.
On the 11th a two minute act of silence with the words of Remembrance will take place, with people gathered around the airman.
On Sunday 14th the Annual Remembrance Service will take place led by the churches of Kings Hill, with wreath laying from community organisations. The public be asked to gather down Gibson Drive towards Church Hill Square for the service, with the main PA facing that way.
Whilst this is an out door event, we do ask that if you, or any of your household, have any Covid symptoms or are isolating at the time of the service to please stay at home and watch live via facebook or catch up later on youtube to keep others safe.
